Building a consistent meditation practice can help reduce anxiety and depression, improve focus, decrease blood pressure, improve your quality of sleep, generate kindness, and enhance self-awareness. Amazing, right?  Hmm...then why aren't we all meditating?

Well, sometimes the thought of sitting by ourselves with just our thoughts can be intimidating.  We wonder if we are doing it right.  We can't stop the chatter of our mind.
